Robert Adams spent 2 hours or less with Luis Humberto Salvador Tarazona.

We hailed Louis for a local ride then booked him for later for an airport transfer.

Best bits: Capable, friendly.

Worst bits: Nothing, really.

Overall experience: 5 / 10
