Luisa runs a camp site and restaurant in their large home just outside Cachora. It makes an ideal launch point or return point for the Choquequirao trail. It is reachable by taxi from Ramal or Cachora.

Description

I had a cup of coffee on my way out of Cachora and chatted with Luisa's brother, who can provide horses. Their other brother Dajme is a guide, so this is a full-service family (see elsewhere on Leap Local). They are very motivated to capitalise on the tourists passing by and are very willing to help.

Best bits: Nice coffee to kickstart the walk

Worst bits: Nothin
