Description:

An INC campsite with free camping, toilets and water. A family live here who sell fruit, cigars, soft drinks and can prepare food. This is a popular campsite for walking out via Huanipaca and it is situated on a stream in a stunning oasis on the otherwise dry north-facing side of the Apurimac canyon, with banana trees and gorgeous beauganvillia bushes, at a hospitable warm altitude of about 1800m.
