Description:

A great hospedaje in Cusco. Tourist-centric and a bit posher than a rural hospedaje it is nonetheless good value. Lovely rooms with private bathrooms look onto a peaceful cancha. Cheaper rooms with shared bathrooms are tucked up the back. Simple breakfast included. Best, though, is that Qorichaska is run by an enthusiastic and very friendly group of locals, who look after their tourist charges with consummate ease, even when they are ill (chicken soup is provided!). vThere's also a big kitchen for cooking your own food and drinks. Tea and coffee free all day. WiFi Internet for those with laptops, and a computer is available for those without.

Simon Friday spent 5-10 days with Hostal Qorichaska.

Description

Stayed 4 nights, went off on a trip, and on return, stayed another 4 nights. We were more than happy to return.

Best bits: Peaceful, helpful

Worst bits: If in shared bathroom accom, the bathroom can become quite in demand...
